I wanted to share this with you from author to friends, followers or other Authors. I started a workshop #Momentum18. It is directed by Jennifer Kem and it is filled with wonderful information. One of the challenges was for those participating was a live feed. As comfortable as I am to speak with individuals it isn't as easy to do when you know others are watching.
It took me back to my college days when I had to take a English class that required us to do a how-to- scenario and one with the same professor later on what was then called technical report writing. Which really breaks down as speech class. Most of those in the class were in the medical field so we decided to do a presentation on how to perform CPR, IV insertion ect. We did this in order to take the pressure from us and place it on the professor. He was a good sport. The point is I do not do well in a large crowd or putting myself out there. I have also found that if I want to make it at what I am doing as a writer, I need to put myself out into the public. If no one knows your out there, how are you going to become what you want, right?
I hope that from this post you can find your feet and step out of your comfort Zone.
