It's time for a review. I can't say that I am finished with the book yet, but what I have read I have loved. Seth Sinclair is a protector, and generous man, but he doesn't stand for foolishness. He is common, though he has come into amazing wealth. He is a blue-collar worker that has become a billionaire overnight. For most of his life he joined his older siblings in taking care of his younger siblings and holding the family together. With this in mind it left him little time for dating. When he was a construction worker there was little interest even though he wasn't hurting in the looks department. But when he inherits a large amount of money he quickly becomes of interest to many women, even young teens way to youthful for him.

Riley, an environmental lawyer is out to save a preserve for nesting, endangered birds made a deal with Seth. The hard-headed gorgeous redhead has quickly gotten the attention of Seth Sinclair. He makes a deal with her for the land. She is to become his fake girlfriend to keep the riffraff away. When the initial deal becomes more Riley finds herself second guessing. From a two very poor relationships, she is falling hard for the handsome Billionaire.

Miss Scott has written a series of these books and this is the third in the series.
